Beach

World renowned Mollymook Beach is sheltered and patrolled all year round.  Perfect for children and young families.  A short drive north to Bannisters Point and Narrawallee Beach offers excellent conditions for swimming and surfing.

Golf

Mollymook has two excellent golf courses. Across the road from the apartment is the Mollymook Beach Golf Course.  A very scenic 9 hole course open for casual use.  Also, set back from the coast and set amongst stunning forest, is the 18 hole Mollymook Championship Course.

 

Reef & Rock Pools

The ‘Bogey Hole’, a large rock pool on Mollymook headland, is a tidal pool that is ideal for families with young children.  It offers safe snorkeling and is a great spot for a picnic.

Mollymook Beach Hut Café is just around the corner from the apartment in Ocean Street.  Create memories with your friends and family by eating delicious fresh fish and chips by the beach.

Breakers Café
Breakers Café also in Ocean Street has great coffee and delicious meals and snacks.  Save yourself cooking a meal by walking round to Breakers and trying something new.

Rick Stein at Bannisters
Rick Stein at Bannisters serves locally caught fresh fish and shellfish. Rick has created some wonderful dishes that will delight all seafood lovers.  It is located on Bannisters Point Headland in Mitchell Parade.

Mollymook Beach Golf Club
The Golf Club is just a stroll across the road.  With the Saltwater Grill and Café you will be sure to find something great to eat.  On busy nights it is wise to make a booking to ensure you get a table.

Cupit’s Winery is tucked behind the hills of Milton.  Cupitt is a boutique winery, micro brewery and restaurant with extraordinary views to Burrill Lake and Budawang Ranges.

Mollymook is located on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia, approximately three hours drive south of Sydney. Set on hills rising from the coast into pastureland, Mollymook is a beautiful, leisurely coastal town with an enticing surf beach, a large natural rock pool on the Mollymook headland (a safe place for families to snorkel and swim), and two very scenic golf courses – a 9 hole beachside course (literally across the road) and the 18 hole hilltop course set amongst the bushland.

National Parks

The South Coast is home to some of the states most spectacular National Parks and Reserves.  Many are only a short drive from Mollymook.

Just to the north is Narrawallee Creek Nature Reserve and Conjola National Park. To the south is the beautiful Meroo and Murramarang National Parks. Whilst to the west is the mighty Morton National Park one of the states largest which is home to Pidgeon House Mountain a local landmark named by Captain Cook in 1770.

Milton

The charming and historic rural township of Milton is only a 10 minute drive away.

Milton is renowned for its friendly village atmosphere and its many arts and craft stores.  It also has many excellent cafes and restaurants.  The town was established in 1860 and the entire village has been classified by the National Trust.

Ulladulla

Only a 2 minute drive away is the coastal town of Ulladulla famous for its harbour which served as an important port in the early days and now shelters local leisure craft and commercial trawlers.

Ulladulla is renowned for its seafood and the local co-op is a great place to buy fish fresh off the boat.

It is served by four large supermarkets, Coles, Woolworths, IGA and Aldi and also has a Bunnings.

It has it’s own aquatic centre with indoor heated 25 meter pool and outdoor 50 meter Olympic pool.

It also has it’s own amusement centre, ‘Funland” on the Pacific Highway, which is somewhere to take the kids on rainy days.
