TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check in is after 2:00pm and check out is 10:00am.
Deposit of 50% is required on booking with balance payable on arrival.
A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation is charged for bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
Same day cancellation will incur loss of deposit.
During peak season, weekends and holidays, refund of deposit is subject to rebooking the apartment for the full period of the booking.
Please note after arrival there will be no refund payable due to cancellation or alteration of booking.
A $50.00 administration fee is charged on all other cancellations.
All Apartments are non smoking. If you ignore this policy and smoke inside you may be liable to an extra cleaning fee.
Pets are not permitted.
